"Product" or "Career Jumpstart Kit" refers to the digital information product containing curated resources for tech job seekers.

3.3 Payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

3.4 Lifetime Access

Upon purchase, you will receive lifetime access to the Career Jumpstart Kit, including all future updates and additions to the Product at no additional cost.

4.1 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

4.3 Violation of License

• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Career and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Go Career's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
